cYoga: Active Backbends & Splits
12:00pm-2:00pm
This incredible workshop will dissect the complexity of healthy backbends, isolate thoracic & hip extension, comfortable shoulder flexion, all that combined with the grace & strength needed for Splits, resulting in a variety of unique asanas that’ll clarify concepts and expand your imagination. Expect lots of work with bands & other props uses to facilitate and enhance your practice.
Handstands: Alignment, Drills & Core

It is no secret that Handstand is one of the most pursued asanas because of its complexity and how equally challenging, frustrating and fun they are! It demands tremendous precision, concentration, lots of repetition and constant self-evaluation. In this workshop we’ll cover the best way to way to warm up shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees and back, floor & wall drills necessary to incorporate into your practice, lots of abs & core work, partner spotting and plenty of rubber bands & blocks’ uses to integrate things into your nervous system. This workshop is packed with useful info!
Mobility Clinic

The goal of mobility training is to develop most optimum movement patterns with full range control. During this workshop, we will discuss the three areas of mobility, joint capsule, muscle groups and nervous system as they pertain to the back and hips. We will study the particularities of the most important yoga movements viewed from the perspective of mobility and we will practice specific drills that can be easy added to our personal practice or seamlessly to a yoga sequence.

cYoga: How To Unlock Your Hips To Their Next Level

In this workshop we’ll start with some anatomy understanding, setting the right parameters, what sensations to look for, how to isolate each lower body joint and how to integrate them seamlessly and pain free. When it comes to hip openers, “pushing” or using more force, is rarely the answer. Precision, patience and establishing an honest conversation with our bodies is everything. If you’re frustrated or bored with your hip openers because you don’t see significant changes in your hips, or you’re tired of doing the same asanas over and over, this workshop is for you. Come ready to explore.
cYoga: Twists, Obliques & Arm Balances
2:30pm-4:30pm
In this 2hr, pure asana, workshop, we’ll focus on the rotation of the different segments of the spine, the role of obliques, lats, hip flexors, serratus and rotator cuffs. We’ll cover several passive (binds) and active (no-bind) twists and explore a number of arm balances and inversions to improve overall awareness and range. This is one of the most unique sequences of the whole weekend. Not to be missed!
Chakra Soundbath
5:00pm-6:30pm
The Chakra Soundbath is designed to remove pains and energy blockages from the body, restore balance and infuse the participants with a sense of lightness. We will start by deeply relaxing the body to allow the sound waves to reach the inner most cells, and once a deep state of relaxation is achieved, we will use color and visualization to balance and activate the chakra system. These powerful meditation will not leave you indifferent.
